Assura PLC - Altrincham, England-based care property investor and developer - Reports on Wednesday its net tangible asset value and investment property value rise for the full-year period. Diluted European Public Real Estate Association net tangible asset per share is 50.4 pence as at March 31, up 2.2% from 49.3p at March 31, 2024. Investment property value is up 15% to £3.1 billion from £2.7 billion. Assura also says its portfolio now stands at 603 properties, with an annualised rent roll of £177.9 million, up 18% from £150.6 million, following recent deals. Acquires 14 private hospitals for £500 million, completes five development projects with a total spend of £61.5 million, and establishes £250 million joint venture with Universities Superannuation Scheme Ltd, or USS, for the financial year that ended March 31. Disposes of a further 17 properties for £28 million in line with book values, over this period.
