Molten Ventures PLC - London-based venture capital firm - Confirms the listing of its shares on Euronext Dublin has been cancelled with effect from Monday morning. This does not affect its listing on the Official List of the UK Financial Conduct Authority, nor does it affect its trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. ‘Molten has benefitted from a listing in Ireland for almost a decade’, the company said in mid-April. ‘This however has become increasingly difficult to maintain with further divergence in regulatory requirements and expectations between the UK and the European Union following Brexit.
