Ocean Wilsons Holdings Ltd - Bermuda-based investment holding company - Says all conditions for the sale of its 56% interest in Brazilian port and maritime logistics company Wilsons Sons SA to a subsidiary of MSC Mediterranean Shipping Co SA have been met. It expects the transaction to complete on or around June 4, ahead of the original timeline. Ocean Wilsons says the transaction has been approved by the Brazilian Administrative Council for Economic Defense and the Brazilian National Waterway Transportation Agency.
