Carr’s Group PLC, up 4.7% at 152.88 pence, 12-month range 101.35p-162.00p. The agriculture products manufacturer proposes a £70 million tender offer. Shareholders will vote on the proposal at a general meeting on June 18. Under the offer, it would buy 42.9 million shares at 163p each, a 16% premium to its closing price on Tuesday.

PureTech Health PLC, up 3.6% at 134.00p, 12-month range 100.40p-238.50p. Data shows the deupirfenidone remedy ‘slowed lung function decline’ in sufferers of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, a lung disease. The biotechnology says the decline slows to a ‘range expected of healthy older adults over 6 months’.

Luceco PLC, down 1.6% at 151.00p, 12-month range 108.26p-195.00p. The lighting manufacturer and distributor returns some gains after climbing 3.4% on Tuesday. It had on Tuesday reported revenue for the three months that ended March 31 of £61 million, up 19% from £51 million achieved a year prior.
