The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced this week and not separately reported by Alliance News: ---------- Atome PLC - Leeds, England-based developer of international green fertiliser projects - Company directors and senior managers subscribe for £1.2 million in new shares at 50p each, a premium to the current market prices of 38.50p, by applying annual bonus payments due to them for 2023 and 2024. The directors and managers have agreed to not sell the shares for at least six months. Chair Peter Levine subscribes for 800,000 shares in total, including a 727,600 share further subscription at the same price. Levin now has 14.8 million shares, a 29% stake. The company issues 2.4 million new subscription shares in total and now has 51.0 million in issue. ---------- Future PLC - Bath, England-based online magazine publisher and owner of price comparison website Go.Compare - Chief Executive Officer Kevin Li Ying buys 15,449 shares at 647.25 pence, worth £99,994, on Thursday. Chief Financial Officer Sharjeel Suleman buys 7,682 shares at 647.53p, also on Thursday. ---------- Georgia Capital PLC - Tbilisi-based investor in domestic business in Georgia - Non-Executive Director Neil Janin buys 5,000 shares at £19.36, worth £96,820, on Thursday. ---------- Likewise Group PLC - Birmingham, England-based floor coverings distributor - Chair Paul Bassi buys 500,000 shares at 19.04p, worth £95,200, on Friday last week. Bassi now has 3.5 million shares, a 1.4% stake. ---------- STV Group PLC - Glasgow-based television broadcaster and content producer - CEO Rufus Radcliffe buys 48,331 shares at £1.63, worth £78,780, on Monday. ---------- Checkit PLC - Cambridge-based workflow management software provider - CEO Kit Kyte buys 497,925 shares at average 14.16p, worth £70,496, on Wednesday.
