Hiscox Ltd - Bermuda-based specialist insurer - Taps Peter Clarke to be its next chair, joining the board on Sunday and replacing Colin Keogh as chair on July 1. Clarke is a former chief executive officer and chief financial officer of investment manager Man Group PLC, leaving in 2013. Since then, Clarke has served on a string of boards, including as chair of fellow insurer Lancashire Holdings PLC for seven years. ‘Peter joins us at an exciting moment in the development of Hiscox, as we pursue ambitious expansion plans,’ says CEO Aki Hussain.
