London Stock Exchange Group PLC - exchange operator and market data provider - Appoints Elizabeth Corley as a non-executive director, starting in the fourth quarter. Corley currently is chair of wealth and asset manager Schroders PLC. She also is on the board of defence and aerospace firm BAE Systems PLC. In her executive career, Corley was chief executive of Allianz Global Investors. She also was a consulting partner for Merrill Lynch Investment Managers and for accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand. ‘Her extensive experience working in global companies across financial services will benefit LSEG as we continue to scale our business and drive industry-wide transformational change,’ says LSEG Chair Don Robert.
