MediaZest appoints Keith Edelman as chair, replacing Lance O’Neill

ALN

MediaZest PLC on Monday said it has appointed Keith Edelman as its new chair, replacing Lance O’Neill, who is retiring from the board after more than 18 years in the role.

MediaZest shares were up 10% at 0.072 pence in London on Monday morning.

The Woking, England-based audio-visual technology company said Edelman brings over four decades of experience across multiple sectors including retail, hospitality, infrastructure, and digital. He is known for leading major growth initiatives, IPOs, and M&A activity, MediaZest noted.

He is a former managing director of Arsenal FC, where he delivered the £390 million Emirates Stadium project and raised more than £1 billion in financing. His prior roles also include executive leadership at Storehouse PLC, Carlton Communications PLC, and Ladbroke Group PLC.

Chief Executive Officer Geoff Robertson said Edelman’s ‘capital markets experience will be invaluable as we continue to target year-on-year growth and a return to profitability at the pretax level in financial 2025.’

Edelman added: ‘The company has recently delivered strong growth across all three core sectors in which it operates, underpinned by an encouraging forward order book. I am looking forward to working with the board as we focus on the next phase of growth.’
