The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News: ---------- Secure Trust Bank PLC - Solihull, England-based retail bank - Hires Ian Corfield to be chief executive officer, joining the company on Monday next week and becoming CEO on August 16. Corfield was chief commercial officer of credit card issuer NewDay Ltd from 2014 until 2023. At Secure Trust Bank, he will replace David McCreadie, who departs after four years as CEO and six on the board. ‘Ian brings significant strategic, financial services and consumer finance expertise with a focus on driving innovation in customer experience,’ says Chair Jim Brown. ---------- M&C Saatchi PLC - London-based advertising agency - Confirms Interim Non-Executive Chair Heather Rabbatts as permanent chair, effective immediately. Rabbatts was promoted from senior independent director at the M&C Saatchi annual general meeting last month, as former chair Zillah Byng-Thorne left the board. Georgina Harvey also is confirmed as permanent senior independent director. ---------- Contango Holdings PLC - developing Muchesu coal project in Zimbabwe - Hires Daniel dos Santos to be chief executive officer and executive director. Dos Santos is a Zimbabwean dual national. He founded and is CEO of Discovery Resources (Pvt) Ltd, a commodity brokerage.
