Sam Cracknell, a person closely associated, sells 45,000 shares on the same date for £19.42 each, £873,675 in total. The director’s interest in BAE shares following the sales is not stated. ---------- British American Tobacco PLC - London-based maker of cigarette and vaping products - James Barrett, director for Business Development, sells 4,915 shares in BAT at £36.73 each, £180,541 in total. The sale was made on Friday. Barrett’s stake following the transaction is not stated. ---------- Berkeley Group Holdings PLC - Cobham, England-based housebuilder - Chief Executive Robert Perrins buys 13,000 shares at £38.46 each, around £50,000 in total. Purchase is made on Friday. The CEO’s stake following the buy is not stated. Perrins will move the position of executive chair. Berkeley Chair Michael Dobson will step down at the annual general meeting on September 5. Chief Financial Officer Richard Stearn will become CEO.
