Zentra Group PLC - Manchester, England-based residential developer focused on the north of England - Confirms it has completed the sale of its land at Churchgate, Leicester for £250,000. As previously announced at Zentra’s half-year results, the land was sold at auction and completion had been expected in April. Zentra says the completion ‘was delayed due to an ongoing rights of light dispute, which has now been resolved to the satisfaction of all parties’.
