Wellnex Life Ltd - Melbourne-based consumer healthcare company said - Decides to sell Iron Ore Co brand to CW Retail Holdings Pty Ltd following an internal review initiated after its initial public offering on AIM in March. CW Retail forms part of the Chemist Warehouse group. Wellnex says the transaction, which was effective on Monday this week, is for no cash consideration in lieu of Wellnex Life’s trading activity that supports its brands within Chemist Warehouse.
