The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Friday and not separately reported by Alliance News: ---------- Crimson Tide PLC - Kent, England-based process management software developer - Appoints Rachael Rowe as Finance Director with effect from September 8. Rowe replaces Peter Hurter who steps down as FD and as a director on August 31. Hurter will be available as a consultant to the company for a short period of time to ensure an orderly handover. Crimson Tide says Rowe has 20 years of financial experience and joined Saga PLC in 2015 where she held numerous financial leadership positions. Since 2022 Rowe has been with the Richemont Group as head of finance. ---------- Vaultz Capital PLC - operating company building a scalable, revenue-generating business through participation in bitcoin network infrastructure - Says Sarah Gow and Alex Appleton are appointed as directors. Gow brings over 20 years’ experience in senior roles within the asset management operations industry.
