Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust PLC - London and Johannesburg-listed property investor - Property portfolio is independently valued at €193.9 million as at June 30, down slightly from €194.0 million at March 31, and is 6.9% lower from €208.3 million as at June 30, 2024. Says total portfolio values remain resilient in the third quarter of its financial year. Notes that declines in some sectors help offset robust industrial portfolio valuations and an uplift in Berlin.
