Solvonis Therapeutics PLC, up 19% at 0.34 pence, 12-month range 0.11p-0.35p. The biopharmaceutical company raises £1.0 million from a subscription of new shares, to go towards drugs treating addiction and other mental health disorders. Investors subscribe for 333.3 million shares at 0.30p each, a premium to its closing price of 0.29p on Thursday. Solvonis explains the subscriptions were by three of its largest shareholders, whom it doesn’t name.

abrdn European Logistics Income PLC, up 3.4% at 64.10 pence, 12-month range 51.00p-64.90p. Completes the sale of two German warehouses for €66.5 million as it continues to progress its managed wind-down. The investment trust, which owns European warehouse properties, says it has sold two multi-let warehouses in Florsheim and Erlensee, Germany at a 10% premium to the valuation from the first quarter of 2025.

Carclo PLC, down 3.7% at 44.50p, 12-month range 18.36p-49.50p. Carclo extends a decline after a 3.8% fall on Thursday. The provider of high-precision components on Thursday said it has delayed its annual results for the year to March 31, after its auditor requested more time. Carclo warned that its shares are likely to be suspended from trading as a result.
