ICG PLC - London-based private equity investment firm - Announces that it has formally changed its name to ICG from Intermediate Capital Group PLC at Companies House, and a Certificate of Incorporation has been issued. Expects the change to take effect on the London Stock Exchange from the market open on Tuesday. Says its trading ticker symbol, ISIN and SEDOL numbers for its shares and notes remain unchanged. Also says it is implementing corresponding name changes to four subsidiaries. Intermediate Capital Managers Ltd will change to ICG Manager Ltd, Intermediate Capital Group Inc to ICG Investments Inc, Intermediate Capital Asia Pacific Ltd to ICG Asia Pacific Ltd, and Intermediate Capital Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd to ICG Investments Singapore Pte Ltd.
