Oakley Capital Investments Ltd - provides access to private equity funds managed by investment adviser Oakley Capital Ltd - Changes listing category on the London Main Market, effective from Friday. The switch, first announced on Wednesday, sees OCI move to the closed-ended investment funds category of the UK official list from the specialist fund segment. The change will allow OCI to be included in the FTSE 250 index, which it expects to occur at the next quarterly index review in September. With a market capitalisation of £936.5 million, OCI would be well within the bottom half of FTSE 250 constituents. OCI also on Wednesday says net asset value per share on June 30 is 742 pence, for a 49p or 7% NAV total return in the first half of 2025. Total NAV is £1.28 billion.
