Marks Electrical Group PLC - Leicester, England-based electrical products retailer - Confirms the departure of Chief Financial Officer Josh Egan on Thursday. The firm says a process to appoint a full time successor is underway. Dipesh Mistry will continue as interim CFO until further notice. ‘I’d like to thank Josh for his significant contribution to the business and wish him well for the future.
