Great Portland Estates PLC - London-based office space landlord - Completes 141 Wardour Street in London. The fully managed office building has about two thirds of its refurbished office space let or under offer, Great Portland Estates says, while the retail unit in the building, pre-let to clothing retailer Represent, has now opened. The building will generate £4.4 million in annual rent at an average of £277 per square foot, which is 14% ahead of estimated rental value. Total Flex leasing across the Great Portland Estates portfolio now will total £13.0 million in annual rent. The company’s next fully managed London building, 170 Piccadilly, launches in September.
