CLS Holdings PLC on Thursday said it has secured lettings totalling 8,040 square feet at The Coade office in Vauxhall, London. The London-based commercial property investment company said it has agreed three new leases for the 27,723 square foot building. The firm said rail consulting company National Skills Academy for Rail signed a five-year lease for 1,862 square foot, while accountancy and professional advice firm Wellers agreed a ten-year lease for 3,090 square feet. CLS said it has also struck a heads of terms agreement with a business-to-business media company for a five-year lease for 3,088 square feet. The leases were at an average price of £48 per square foot, which is in line with the latest estimated rental values, CLS said. It said half the floors at Coade are now let. ‘We are very excited to welcome the new tenants to The Coade. Their arrival highlights both the quality of our development and the continued appeal of Vauxhall as a business destination,’ said Chief Executive Officer Fredrik Widlund. ‘The Coade is a stunning addition to Vauxhall, attracting a diverse and growing mix of tenants who are drawn to its design, sustainability credentials, and central location.’ Shares in CLS Holdings were up 0.6% at 65.20 pence in London on Thursday afternoon.
