Capita PLC - London-based outsourcing company for business services - Says its Contact Centre subdivision within Capita Experience secures a three-year extension to its partnership with Glasgow-based ScottishPower after a competitive tender process. The contract extension builds on a relationship that began in 2022, Capita says. Capita will continue to deliver five key work packages across Prepayment, Homemover, SME, Smart Meter, and Direct Debit customer journeys. Corinne Ripoche, chief executive officer of Capita Experience, says: ‘This extension reflects ScottishPower‘s confidence in our ability to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
