EXECUTIVE CHANGES: Manolete Partners poaches CFO from Zinc Media

The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Friday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Manolete Partners PLC - Buckinghamshire, England-based insolvency litigation financing - Hires Will Sawyer to be chief financial officer, starting on December 15. Sawyer currently is CFO of Zinc Media Group PLC, an Edinburgh-based television and content production company, where he has been in post for seven years. Prior to Zinc Media, Sawyer was finance director of ITN Productions. At Manolete, Sawyer will replace Rachel Lindley-Janes, who has been serving as interim head of finance. Zinc Media says it has appointed a search firm to find a replacement CFO.

MTI Wireless Edge Ltd - Rosh Haayin, Israel-based maker of antennas for military and commercial use - Call extraordinary general meeting for September 29 for shareholders to approve the appointment of Amalia Borovitz Bryl as a director and board chair. Borovitz Bryl, a strategy consultant in Israel, is the daughter of MTI Wireless founder and former chair Zvi Borovitz, who died recently. She is the sister of Chief Executive Officer Moni Borovitz. Additionally, David Yariv, a current non-executive director, is named as vice chair.

88 Energy Ltd - oil exploration in Namibia and US state of Alaska - Philip Byrne steps down as non-executive chair and leaves the board on Friday. Promotes Joanne Williams to chair in succession. Both Byrne and Williams joined the board at the same time in August 2021. Williams is the chief operating officer of AIM-listed Jadestone Energy PLC.

Vaultz Capital PLC - London-based digital asset network infrastructure - Hires James Bowater to the non-board position of global head of partnerships. Vaultz notes that Bowater has worked in the cryptocurrency industry since 2014, including in 2018 founding Crypto AM in partnership with City AM newspaper in London. Last week, Vautz hired Aleks Nowak as its non-board chief operating officer.
