Mobile Tornado Group PLC - provider of resource management mobile solutions - Shares in the company are cancelled from trading on AIM with effect Tuesday. The last day of dealings of the stock was Monday. Shareholders approved the AIM cancellation at the start of the month. The firm had said in August the listing on London’s junior market has too much cost and ‘regulatory burden’, and there is ‘limited liquidity’ in trading of its shares. Shareholders have access to a matched bargain facility provided by JP Jenkins, Mobile Tornado had said. JP Jenkins on Tuesday confirmed the Mobile Tornado admission. Copyright 2025 Alliance News Ltd.
