PHSC PLC - Aylesford, Kent-based provider of health, safety, hygiene and environmental consultancy and security solutions - Appoints Nikki Porter as chief executive officer from October 13. She has over 20 years’ experience of scaling software as a service and business to businesses across the risk, safety and compliance sectors. Porter has held senior positions with firms such as Alcumus Group Ltd and BSI Group. Current Acting CEO Nicola Coote will continue in her role and on the board until October 10 and remain employed by PHSC until the December to ensure a smooth transition.
