NAV declines 2.2% from 122.6 cents at June 30, 2024. Schroder European Real Estate maintains third quarterly interim dividend at 1.48 euro cents, year-on-year. The direct property portfolio is independently valued at €193.9 million at June 30, up 1.3% from €196.5 million at June 30, 2024, reflecting stable values. ‘Robust valuations within the industrial portfolio, along with a positive revaluation of the Berlin asset, helped to offset declines in other sectors, which were primarily driven by shortening lease terms,’ it says.
