The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News: ---------- Wellnex Life Ltd - Melbourne-based consumer healthcare company - Independent Non-Executive Director & Interim Non-Executive Chair Andrew Vidler leaves board with immediate effect, intending ‘to focus on his other business interests’. Wellnex previously named Ash Vesali as its new non-executive chair, subject to customary due diligence which ‘remains ongoing’. ---------- AFC Energy PLC - Cranleigh, England-based provider of hydrogen power-generation technologies - Hires Nick Walker as chief strategy officer, effective immediately. Walker was ‘until recently’ head of renewable energy, clean tech & sustainability research at Peel Hunt. He ‘will lead the development and execution of AFC Energy’s commercialisation strategy as the company advances its next generation of ammonia cracker and fuel cell technologies into global markets,’ AFC says. Also says: ‘Nick is a seasoned hydrogen, cleantech and energy transition technology and infrastructure specialist with over 25 years of experience as an analyst, investment banker, fund raiser and consultant, with a particular focus on hydrogen companies across the hydrogen value chain, globally.’ ---------- Hostelworld Group PLC - Dublin-based online travel agent focused on the hostel market - Non-Executive Director Carl Shepherd becomes interim chair and former non-executive chair Ulrik Bengtsson has formally stepped down. Bengtsson announced his intention to leave on March 20. Board continues with its recruitment process for a permanent chair. Eimear Moloney will serve as interim senior independent director while Shepherd fulfils the interim chair role. ---------- Crystal Amber Fund Ltd - activist fund investing in small and mid-cap UK equities - Says it is ‘pleased’ by medical device firm Morphic Medical Inc’s appointment of Jane Wright as its chief financial officer. Wright previously served as finance & operations director at Apollo Endosurgery.
