Beeks Financial Cloud Group PLC on Monday said it has agreed a partnership with TMX Datalinx, the information services arm of TMX Group, which owns and operates the Toronto Stock Exchange among other markets. The Glasgow-based cloud computing and connectivity provider for financial markets said TMX Datalinx will offer Beeks’ Exchange Cloud platform under the brand TMX Elastic Market Access, subject to regulatory approval. The deal is structured as a revenue share, with recognition expected to begin in early 2026. Beeks said this will contribute towards its financial 2026 expectations and further add to its base of multi-year recurring revenue. Chief Executive Officer Gordon McArthur said TMX Datalinx’s adoption of its solution was a ‘strong endorsement’ of Beeks’ ability to meet the demands of global exchanges. TMX Datalinx President Michelle Tran said the collaboration would enable faster and more flexible client access to Canadian markets. Shares in Beeks Financial were up 8.3% at 210.00 pence each in London on Monday morning. Copyright 2025 Alliance News Ltd. All Rights Reserved.
