AB Dynamics PLC on Tuesday announced ‘strong’ trading in the first half of its financial year as underlying demand drivers remain strong. The Wiltshire, England-based designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing, simulation and measurement products said it expects to report revenue over £114 million in the financial year ended August 31, up from £111.3 million in financial 2024. Further, it anticipates financial 2025 adjusted operating profit to be slightly ahead of current market expectations of £22.3 million, which would have been up 9.9% from £20.3 million a year prior. The company said it had double digit revenue growth in the first financial half, while the second half was impacted by short-term uncertainty created by challenges such as US-led trade tariffs which resulted in some delays to customer order placement. ‘Encouragingly, underlying demand drivers remain strong and customer activity increased towards the end of the year,’ it added. The firm said: ‘The operational improvements implemented in recent years have contributed to building a strong platform to support further growth, and although the benefit of the revenue mix is not expected to be repeated in financial year 2026, the board is confident of achieving its medium-term sustainable target margin of greater than 20%.’ AB Dynamics expects to publish full year results on November 11. AB Dynamics shares rose 1.4% to 1,434.20 pence each on Tuesday morning in London. Copyright 2025 Alliance News Ltd. All Rights Reserved.
