ALN

Galliford Try Holdings PLC - Uxbridge, London-based construction firm - FTSE Russell, after Friday’s market close, reports that Galliford is set to return to the FTSE 250 index in London on Wednesday, after leaving it in March 2020 after it disposed of its housebuilding divisions Linden Homes and Galliford Try Partnerships and became a standalone construction-focused group. Meanwhile, Henderson European Trust PLC will leave the FTSE 250 as it merges with Fidelity European Trust PLC, which will remain on the FTSE 250. This comes after earlier on Friday Fidelity European confirmed it will acquire £462.7 million of net assets from Henderson European after shareholders approved the merger.

Current Galliford Try stock price: 500.00 pence each, closed 0.8% higher on Friday in London
