ADM Energy PLC on Thursday said it expects to publish its financial 2024 results, and interim report for financial 2025 by the end of this year, as it said it shares remain suspended on London’s junior market. The London-based natural resource investor said its working capital ‘remains very constrained’, as it previously detailed, with it seeking longer-term, structured solutions. Back in March, the company raised £587,000 through a subscription and broker option, which it utilised to increase its interest in its portfolio. ADM Energy said it has reduced creditor liabilities, and remains in talks with key stakeholders regarding the management of its financial situation. It added that it is in talks with an unnamed, ‘interested party’ over further funding to both the company and its investees. Shares in ADM were suspended from trading on AIM in July, following its failure to publish its 2024 annual report by June 30. It was also required to publish this year’s interim report by September 25, with it noting that its shares will remain suspended pending publication of both documents.
