Quartix Technologies expects 2025 earnings to top market expectations

ALN

Vehicle tracking software Quartix Technologies PLC on Monday said it expects to top revenue and profit expectations as it hailed ‘substantial progress’ in the first nine months of the year.

Quartix said it expects 2025 earnings to beat market estimates, which it puts at £36.0 million for revenue and £7.1 million for adjusted pretax profit. Revenue in 2024 amounted to £32.4 million, while adjusted pretax profit totalled £6.3 million.

‘The outlook for 2026 has also improved further, following significant growth in recurring subscription revenues,’ the Newtown, Wales-based firm added.

Annualised recurring revenue in the first nine months of 2025 amounted to £36.1 million, equal to what it achieved in the entirety of 2024.

Quartix added: ‘Accelerated growth in ARR, reduced manufacturing cost and continued emphasis on overhead efficiency have led to a further improvement in the outlook for revenue and profitability for the remainder of this year and 2026. This, in turn, supports our plans for investment in channel development, product innovation and further progress in our subscription base.’

Executive Chair Andy Walters added: ‘We have made substantial progress in many key aspects of our business during the first 9 months of 2025.

‘We look forward to the remainder of the year and 2026 with confidence.’

Shares in the company rose 9.6% to 312.47 pence on Monday afternoon in London.
