Celsius Resources Ltd said on Monday that Executive Chairman Julito Sarmiento will retire from its board of directors on November 26 at the company’s annual general meeting. Celsius Resources is in the process of finalising its notice of the AGM, which it said will be distributed to shareholders ‘shortly’.
