EXECUTIVE CHANGES: Aura Energy CEO and Feedback CFO resign

ALN

The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Monday:

----------

Aura Energy Ltd - developing Tiris uranium project in Mauritania and Haggan polymetallic project in Sweden - Andrew Grove resigns as managing director & chief executive officer. The resignation is effective immediately, but Grove will continue to support the company for the next six months. Philip Mitchell, who moved to executive chair from non-executive back in June, will take over management of operations. Aura also will appoint a lead independent director from its current non-executive directors.

----------

Feedback PLC - Chief Financial Officer Anesh Patel resigns to take up ‘another opportunity’, leaving the board on November 10. Feedback hires Emma Oswick to replace Patel as CFO. She most recently was interim CFO of market data provider Energy Aspects Ltd.

----------

Eight Capital Partners PLC - Revamps board, appointing Federico Bazzoni as executive chair, Luca Giacomo Zanni as executive director, and Bruce Gonyea as independent non-executive director, all starting immediately. At the same time, Martin Groak and Luciano Maranzana will leave the board, and Dominic White will move from chair to non-executive director. Bazzoni mostly recently was chief executive officer of Investment Banking at Vantage Capital Markets Hong Kong. He also has worked CITIC Securities, Bear Stearns & Co, and BNP Paribas SA. White says the changes are part of the plans announced by the company with its interim results in September to strength its board and management team.

----------

RWS Holdings PLC - Maidenhead, England-based technology-enabled language services provider - Hires Michael Wayne to be head of Media & Entertainment, based in Los Angeles. Wayne, who previously worked at both Sony Pictures Entertainment and ABC Television, will lead RWS’s video localisation business, which includes dubbing, subtitling and end-to-end content adaptation using artificial intelligence. Last week, RWS said it had hired Stephen Lamb to be chief financial officer, joining early next year from Midwich Group PLC.
