The following stocks are the leading risers and fallers among London Main Market small-caps on Tuesday. ---------- SMALL-CAP - WINNERS ---------- Gulf Marine Services PLC, up 7.0% at 15.99 pence, 12-month range 14.7p-21.75p. The offshore vessel operator reports revenue of $138.3 million for the nine months to September 30, up 10% from $126.1 million a year earlier, while adjusted Ebitda rises 7.1% to $81.5 million from $776.1 million. Net debt falls 22% to $172.2 million, cutting leverage to 1.63 times from 2.31 times. Gulf Marine says it remains on track to meet its 2025 objectives and is ‘highly confident’ of achieving increased adjusted Ebitda guidance of $101 million to $109 million. The company continues to target adjusted Ebitda of up to $115 million for 2026. ---------- XP Power Ltd, up 5.2% at 1,052.00p, 12-month range 621p-1,420.00p. The Singapore-based maker of power control systems reports revenue for the three months to September 30 of £57.6 million, down from £60.2 million a year earlier, while order intake rises 13% to £55.3 million, down from £48.8 million. Profitability improves materially in the quarter, supported by higher revenue and efficiency measures. XP Power says full-year expectations remain unchanged and profitability gains are expected to continue into the fourth quarter. The group adds that current run rates give it ‘increasing confidence’ heading into 2026 despite cautious end markets. ---------- SMALL-CAP - LOSERS ---------- Evoke PLC, down 1.7% at 41.80p, 12-month range 37.8p-73.9p.The Gibraltar-based betting and gaming operator and owner of the William Hill and 888 brands announces that Jon Mendelsohn has stepped down as chair and non-executive director after five years with the firm. He is succeeded by Mark Summerfield, who joined the board in 2019 and has chaired the Audit & Risk and Gaming Compliance committees. Anne de Kerckhove is appointed deputy chair, continuing as senior independent director and head of the Nominations and ESG committees.
