Empresaria Group PLC - Crawley, England-based staffing provider - Legacy UK Holdings Ltd confirms that it does not intend to make an offer for Empresaria. In September, Legacy UK made a 62 pence per share offer for Empresaria but no longer believes it has the requisite support from the new Empresaria board or shareholders. Last week, Empressaria ousted Chief Executive Rhona Driggs and Chair Penelope Freer. Former Empressaria CEO Joost Kreulen replaced Freer. Kreulen was Empresaria’s CEO from 2012 to 2018, and ‘previously held a number of senior roles’ there.
