Anemoi’s ID4 enters strategic partnership with Azilen Technologies

ALN

Anemoi International Ltd on Tuesday announced a strategic partnership aimed at speeding up artificial intelligence-enabled client lifecycle management.

Anemoi, the holding company of wholly owned subsidiary ID4 AG, said the partnership between ID4 and Azilen Technologies Pvt Ltd expands ID4’s distribution channels by enabling Azilen to sell, implement, and integrate ID4 solutions across Azilen’s client base in the UK and Benelux regions, where ID4 does not currently operate.

The combined regulatory technology and client lifecycle management market opportunity in these two regions is estimated at between $800 million and $1 billion annually, Anemoi said, with annual growth of 15% to 18% projected to more than triple the market size by 2033 as demand accelerates.

ID4 and Azilen under the partnership benefit from a scalable go-to-market model that accelerates reach and revenue growth as well as operational efficiency, Anemoi added.

Emmanuel Nay, chief executive officer of ID4, said: ‘This partnership is not only about technology alignment - it’s about delivering better client support, bringing more value to customers, and driving growth. With Azilen as a reseller and implementation partner, we expand our commercial footprint significantly, while ensuring our customers experience the full value of our solutions from day one.’

Anemoi shares closed 16% lower at 1.60 pence each on Tuesday in London.
