Northern Bear PLC - Newcastle Upon Tyne, England-based specialist building and support services company - Chief Financial Officer Julian Davis steps down as CFO and as a director, leaving the board with immediate effect. The company notes Davis will continue working closely with the board for the purpose of an orderly handover, and to finalise the company’s interim results. Company sees its half-year report being published on the week beginning November 24. Adds that the process of reviewing the role and identifying a successor is underway.
