Shares in the company focused on artificial intelligence systems for media and medicine will begin trading on the OTCQB Venture Market on Wednesday. ‘This cross-listing has the potential to enable greater liquidity in the ordinary shares on the Main Market by easing cross-border trading for potential US investors,’ it adds. ---------- SMALL-CAP - LOSERS ---------- Headlam Group PLC, down 15% at 48.25p, 12-month range 46.85p-149.00p. Market dynamics remain ‘challenging’ and its performance so far in the second half of the year has been below forecast, the floor coverings distributor says. Headlam says revenue in the four months to October 31 has fallen 5%. ‘This performance is below our expectations outlined at the interim results in September 2025, and therefore the board expects full year performance to be below expectations,’ it adds. ‘In response, the board has already initiated a comprehensive programme of restructuring, cost reduction and operational improvements and is accelerating the implementation of these measures. Further details of the programme will be presented on 11 November.’ Headlam says the actions are aimed at retuning the firm to profit and boosting its market footing, even if the wider environment is ‘subdued’. ‘The board is confident that these measures, combined with the group’s market position and established relationships with suppliers and customers, provides a platform for a return to sustainable profitability and growth,’ Headlam says. ---------- Braemar PLC, down 4.2% at 228.00p, 12-month range 195.00p-284.00p. The provider of investment, chartering and risk management advice to shipping and energy markets reports a decline in half-year earnings amid tricky market conditions. Revenue in the six months to August 31 falls 16% to £63.9 million from £76.0 million, while pretax profit shrinks 74% to £932,000 from £3.6 million. ---------- Copyright 2025 Alliance News Ltd.
