Princes Group PLC on Wednesday said all shares related to its initial public offering are now trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market. Conditional trading began last Friday after the Liverpool, England-based firm had confirmed the price of its IPO at 475 pence per share, implying a market capitalisation of £1.16 billion. On Wednesday, shares in the canned goods seller traded at 469.33p, down 1.2% on the day in London, and a touch below the IPO price. The IPO price was set at the bottom end of the initial 475p and 590p per share range. In October, Princes said it was aiming for a market cap in the region of £1.5 billion.
