Globalworth Real Estate Investments Ltd on Thursday announced the appointment of Piotr Olendski and Roy Vishnovizki as joint chief executive officers, following the departure of Dennis Selinas after three years in the role. The real estate investor focused on Central and Eastern Europe said Selinas will step down to pursue other opportunities and will support an orderly transition. Chair Martin Bartyzal thanked Selinas for his leadership, noting his role in strengthening Globalworth’s liquidity and executing a successful bond exchange during a challenging period for real estate markets. ‘During his tenure, the Company executed a successful bond exchange, enhanced its liquidity through secured financings and asset disposals, and kept operations resilient in challenging market conditions,’ Bartyzal said. ‘With the appointments of Piotr and Roy, we ensure continuity and strengthen our leadership team.’ All changes are effective immediately, the company said.
