Kingfisher PLC - London-based DIY and home improvement retailer which owns the B&Q, Screwfix, Castorama and Brico Depot brands - Completes the third tranche of its £300 million share repurchase programme announced in March. As a result, Kingfisher has now returned £175 million of the £300 million total. Under the third tranche, Goldman Sachs International buys around 24.7 million shares for a total £75 million. Further details on the fourth tranche of the programme will be announced in due course, Kingfisher says.
