London-based JP Jenkins provides a matched bargain platform for unlisted companies. London & Associated Properties starts on the platform with a market capitalisation of £2.6 million, based on 85.3 million shares in issue and a share price of 3.5 pence. In addition to its direct property investments, London & Associated Properties also has a large stake in Bisichi PLC, a London Main Market-listed company that operates coal mines in South Africa and owns investment properties in the UK.
