Capita PLC - London-based outsourcing company - Says it has secured a three-year contract extension worth £33 million with a leading UK financial services provider. Commencing in January 2026, Capita will provide contact centre services under the agreement. ‘We are proud to extend our contract with this valued partner, with whom we have built a strong and trusted relationship over the past decade.
