Power Probe PLC - London-based electrical diagnostic tool company - Intends to launch an initial public offering on AIM in mid-December. Power Probe, which mainly operates in the US with its principal trading address in Charlotte, North Carolina, is ‘a leading producer of automotive electrical diagnostic tools for professional service technicians’. Says its product suite is compatible with all major vehicle engine types and manufacturers, and usable in all types of commercial and passenger road vehicles. Believes it ‘is well positioned to benefit from a number of positive, long-term tailwinds in this market’, like increases in vehicles’ complexity and average ages. The issue price for its shares, the amount of capital to be raised, and Power Probe’s expected market capitalisation upon admission are all yet to be confirmed.
