The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced in the past week and not separately reported by Alliance News: ---------- Plus500 Ltd - Haifa, Israel-based contracts-for-difference trading platform operator - Chief Operations Officer Alon Naznin buys 32,000 shares at £33.03, worth £1.1 million, on Monday. ---------- Supreme PLC - Manchester, England-based manufacturer of fast-moving consumer goods, including vaping, drinks & wellness, and electricals & household products - Chief Executive Officer Sandy Chadha sells 2.0 million shares at 156 pence, worth £3.1 million, on Friday last week. Chadha retains 63.7 million shares, a 54.3% stake. ---------- M&G PLC - London-based fund manager - Chief People Officer Matthew Howells sells 117,000 shares at £2.73, worth £318,825, on Friday. ---------- GetBusy PLC - Cambridge, England-based document workflow software for professional and financial services firms - Non-Executive Director Clive Rabie buys 270,000 shares at 71.00p, worth £191,700, on Friday. Rabie now has 12.0 million shares, a 23.6% stake. ---------- Galliford Try Holdings PLC - Uxbridge, west London-based building and infrastructure construction - Gillian Jubb, associate of Ian Jubb, managing director for Building, sells 25,000 shares at 505.0p, worth £126,500, on Friday. ---------- Bay Capital PLC - London Main Market listed acquisition company focused on industrials sector - Non-Executive Chair Peter Tom leaves the board immediately and sells his entire shareholding of 15.0 million shares via Hermco Property Ltd at 5.9 pence, worth £885,000, on Friday last week. ‘The board would like to thank Peter for his contributions to establishing Bay Capital and in his role as chair over the past four years as the company has explored acquisition and investment opportunities within the industrials sector,’ Bay Capital says. Non-Executive Director David Williams steps up to chair and buys 1.7 million shares, worth £100,000, also on Friday. Williams now has 15.9 million shares, a 22.8% stake. Bay Capital also hires Tony Morris as a non-executive director. Morris is an advisor to Bay Capital and is chair of Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC.
