Haydale Graphene announces distribution win and first US orders

ALN

Haydale Graphene Industries PLC on Tuesday announced a hat-trick of good news which it said reflected ‘accelerating commercial momentum.’

The Carmarthenshire, Wales-based developer of materials using graphene and other nanomaterials said it has signed a distribution agreement with Interfloor, announced national industry recognition of the JustHeat product and revealed the receipt of first US orders.

In response, shares in Haydale Graphene jumped 9.5% to 0.58 pence each in London on Tuesday.

The distribution deal between Haydale and Interfloor builds on September’s strategic collaboration agreement.

Under the pact, Interfloor, part of Victoria PLC, receives non-exclusive distribution rights for JustHeat within its new flooring range and will work exclusively with Haydale as its heating technology partner.

In return, Haydale will source all underlay for Haydale-delivered installations exclusively from Interfloor, which becomes the recommended underlay supplier to Haydale’s emerging network of third-party distribution channels.

The collaboration with Interfloor represents the first step in expanding JustHeat beyond the residential market into commercial and industrial applications, Haydale said.

Further, Haydale said JustHeat has recently been named National Product of the Year at the 2025 National Energy Efficiency Awards.

In addition, the firm said it has signed two agreements worth, in total, $300,000 to tailor the JustHeat product for the US market.

This represents an ‘important milestone in the company’s capital-light international expansion strategy,’ Haydale said.

Chief Executive Simon Turek said: ‘We enter FY26 with growing confidence in our ability to scale across multiple markets’, adding these developments ‘underline the strength of our technology platform and the commercial opportunity ahead.’
