Greencoat Renewables PLC - Dublin-based renewable energy infrastructure investor - Chair Ronan Murphy intends to retire at the conclusion of the 2026 annual general meeting on May 7, 2026. Murphy has served a board member since the company’s initial pulic offering in 2017. Appoints Bernard Byrne as chair designate, following a ‘comprehensive’ selection process. Byrne has been a non-executive director since May 2025.
