RC Fornax PLC on Wednesday said it has inked a further contract extension with an existing, unnamed tier-one defence client, valued at around £470,000. The provider of engineering solutions to the UK defence industry said this extension marks the next incremental delivery phase under an ongoing engagement. It said this relates to the continued provision of ‘specialist engineering services’ in support of a defined programme. RC Fornax said the next delivery cycle is set to be executed over a six-month period, adding that this award follows a ‘strong start’ to financial 2026 trading. Shares in the company were up 4.3% at 7.33 pence on Wednesday afternoon in London. ‘This latest extension reflects the continued confidence of a major defence customer in RC Fornax’s specialist engineering capability and delivery model. It represents the next phase of an established engagement and demonstrates how early project success is translating into further incremental delivery as programmes progress,’ said Chief Executive Paul Reeves. ‘Following a strong first quarter, we continue to see increased customer engagement across our client base, supported by the operational improvements implemented over recent months,’ CEO Reeves added.
