Ten Lifestyle Group PLC - London-based operator of a concierge technology platform for financial institutions and other brands - Announces that it has won a new multi-year contract with an existing corporate client. Ten Lifestyle currently provides concierge services to the client, a bank, to its private banking customers globally. Says the new contract is to launch a digital customer experience programme ‘to around one million of the bank’s premium clients in the Europe region’. The contract will launch early in the second half of Ten Lifestyle’s financial year, which ends on August 31. The company expects it to start in its ‘Medium’ contract category, which comprises deals with an annualised value between £250,000 and £2 million, but says there are opportunities to expand the programme into other global markets.
