Computacenter boosts US and Indian operations with AgreeYa purchase

ALN

Computacenter PLC on Thursday announced the acquisition of AgreeYa Solutions Inc for an enterprise value of up to $120 million.

Folsom, California-based AgreeYa Solutions is a technology solutions partner focused on the US enterprise market. It also has assets in India, through the AgreeYa India business.

AgreeYa is expected to report consolidated revenue in 2025 of $120 million with adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation of $14 million.

Hatfield, England-based technology services provider Computacenter said it will fund the deal, which is expected to be immediately earnings accretive, from existing cash resources.

The existing AgreeYa leadership will stay to run the business, which will be integrated into Computacenter’s US and India operations.

The addition of AgreeYa to Computacenter North America is expected to increase Computacenter’s annualised North American Professional Services revenue to over $350 million.

‘AgreeYa brings us more target market customers, which we always want from our acquisitions,’ said Computacenter Chief Executive Mike Norris.

Shares in Computacenter rose 3.2% to 3,183.50 pence in London on Thursday morning.
